This is a crossfit competition in the Niger Delta region for different categories. Crossfit is a form of high intensity interval training, it is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. Male, female and kids will compete differently.

NFC Corporate Crossfit Challenge
This is a crossfit competition for the employees of corporate entities to be held during NFC 2023. Crossfit is a form of high intensity interval training, it is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. The crossfit competition has two events, male and female, with each event requiring a team of 3 participants, and a corporate entity can participate in one or both events . Corporate entities are expected to form a crossfit team or teams from their employees and participate in this challenge. We hope to encourage employees to engage in fitness activites and live healthy lifestyles. The location of the competition in Port Harcourt and the dates in October 2023, fixtures and times will be made available soon. Form a crossfit team among your collegues and register.
